Good morning LJST,

This is going to be a long email, but it is important information, so please read through it all!

Attached is the psych sheet and updated entries for Saturday's meet - please check it carefully for your child's events. The heat sheet will be emailed on Friday evening.

Important Info:

1. Arrive at the Lake Jackson Rec Center at 8:00am.
   
   
   
   1. Enter through the side door of the Natatorium.
   2. The entry fee is free for swimmers, coaches, and volunteers.
   3. All other spectators have a $2 entrance fee to the Rec.
   4. Warm-ups will begin promptly at 8:10am.
   5. The meet will begin at 9:00am.
      
      
      
      1. 8:10-8:30 Lanes 1-8 LJST
      2. 8:30-8:50 Lanes 1-2 WST - Lanes 3-4 BCST - Lanes 4-8 NNA
2. Set up in Gym
   
   
   
   1. Bring chairs, blankets, etc. to set up, and a sharpie to write your swimmer's events. Also, bring plenty of snacks and water/drinks!
3. THERE WILL BE NO SET UP ON THE POOL DECK.
   
   
   
   1. There is a limited amount of space for spectators to watch the races poolside. Please do not set down bags or chairs in that area! We want as many people as possible to be able to watch their swimmer. Please watch your swimmer and then head back to the gym.
4. No food or sugary beverages are allowed in the Natatorium (only water). Please keep your snacks in the gym.
5. As soon as you arrive, please CHECK IN at the table near the entrance of the pool. This is where you will let us know that your swimmer is here. IF YOU DON'T do this, we might end up scratching your child from the meet.
6. All 10 & Under will report to the Ready Bench which will be near the slides. The ready bench workers will place the swimmers in order and walk them to the pool. All 11 & up will report directly to their lane for their race. Please pay attention, it is your job to make sure your child makes their race! Please write your child's name on their shoulder in sharpie. This will help the ready bench.
7. No jewelry can be worn in the meet. Please remove all necklaces, bracelets, watches, etc. before the meet.
8. The leisure pool is CLOSED. Please do not allow your swimmer into the leisure pool, unless they are with a coach warming up.
9. Please clean up your area after the meet.
10. Volunteers: we still need a few volunteers. Please check the JOB SIGNUP under the Splash Meet on the Meets and Events Tab if you are available to help.
11. If you signed up for setup, please meet by lane 1 in the Natatorium on Friday night at 7:45-8:00pm.
